Who

This notice covers exitandrest.com and the Leola app on Meta. Exit and Rest is operated by Shelby Archer. Questions and deletion requests go to exitandrest@gmail.com.

The site

The site is a music house. There is no account, cart, or mailing list on these pages. We do not ask you for a name, email, or payment.

Public pages load a Meta pixel so we can see whether our own ads brought someone to the site. That pixel is Meta's. Their policy applies to what they collect in the browser. We use it to count visits, not to build a fan database.

The Leola app

Leola is a private business tool. Only people with a role on the app can sign in. It is not a public login, and fans are not asked to connect Facebook or Instagram to it.

Through Meta's business tools, the app can:

• create and manage our own ads
• read performance on those ads
• manage content and messages on our own Instagram account

The data in view is ours: ad results, creatives we upload, and posts on accounts we already run. The app also sees the business login of the person administering it. We do not sell personal information. We do not take fan passwords.

How long

Ad and content data stays in Meta for as long as those accounts stay open. Copies we keep for the label are kept only as long as we need them to run the work, then deleted.

Deletion

Email exitandrest@gmail.com with the subject "data deletion" and the Facebook, Instagram, or email identity involved. We will delete what we hold and reply.

Data that lives inside Meta is deleted in Meta's own settings. We cannot erase Meta's copy from this site.

Children

The site and the app are not made for children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
